1. New class of selenium glasses, exploration and determination of glass-formation ranges of numerous double, triple and quadruple systems. Study of their structure and drawing up of phase diagrams and process of synthesis of light filters [1] with high perviosness in the visible and infra-red region [2].
2. Two patents for vertical equipment for production of interrupted band of foam-glass are recognized [3].
3. Technology for producing machine workable material with phlogopite structure [4] which is gas-proof is developed and applied in the industry for manufacturing thigh-temperature insulators and gaskets.
4. Pipes with diameter 80-20 mm and wall thickness 10-5 mm, turn cocks and mixers for corrosive fluids are obtained by gas counter-pressure casting of petrurgical melts which is impossible to be achieved by the conventional methods; compositions of petrurgical materials from water disperse colloid systems for casting of hollow and other complex parts are developed.
5. Melted-casted white stone on pyroxene base with main crystal phase diopsite is created and technology for its manufacturing is developed. Pallette [6] of 30 colors casted stones is created for casting of decorative modules, mosaics and architectural building elements.
6. Compositions and technologies for manufacturing of fireproof materials and products for melting and conveyance of melts of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and for other purposes and developed: cytal [7], graphite-containing and molite-corundum fireproof material [8], quartz glass-ceramics – nozzles [9], silicone carbide [10], zirconium and rutile ceramics, etc.
7. Technology for solid-phase galvanizing of steel parts [11] is developed, examined and introduced in practice, wear-resistant monoboride and combined coatings based on B, V, Zr and Cr are ready for industrial application. Technology for creation of Cr-Ni coating containing diamond nano-particles [12] providing grain refinement of the coating on steel is in process of development.
8. Ballistic corundum ceramics [13], [14], [15], [16] and boron-carbide ceramics [17] are created and tested.
9. Macro-dispersed protection modules [18] based on ballistic corundum elements with various shape and elastomers having physical-mechanical characteristics for protection against high-energy kinetic influences.
